God in highest heaven, who calls us to follow in the footsteps of your beloved son, grant us strength to continue in the journey, that we might attain the reward that you have prepared for those who seek you earnestly, becoming like your son, Jesus, who reigns now with you and the Holy Spirit in heaven, one God of joy and glory forever.
