Our Father in heaven, who sees all that passes here on earth, keep us from seeking the praise and esteem of others, that we would not be religious or good for the sake of appearances but in love for you and for the good of our own souls, through Jesus our brother, who intercedes for us before your throne day and night in the Holy Spirit.
