Holy Spirit, whose nature is love, peace, and self-control, help us to process our frustration and anger in a way that matches your heart, that when we do not get the things we think we deserve, we would turn to you for comfort in grief and seek justice from you, through Jesus Christ our Lord who through you and in the presence of the Father speaks truth to all people.
