A Collect to Remember Our Need of God’s Mercy

Almighty God, who is great in mercy and forgives much, let us not forget our need of you and the truth that we are sinners in need of your grace, that we would turn to you always in humility, trusting not in our righteousness, but in your goodness to those who call on you, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit in glory.
