A Collect to Remember our Need for God

Great physician, who knows our frames for you created them, let us never forget our need of you, that we would seek always your presence and help for our broken souls and find in you the cure for the sin we carry, through you who was raised to new life and ascended to the presence of the Father and Holy Spirit in glory.
