Gracious God, who has prepared a way of joy for us, help us to see the true value of what you are offering, that we might not turn from your gifts and apply ourselves to lesser things and so fail to receive what you give, through Christ our savior, who lives and reigns in glory forever with you and the Holy Spirit.
