A Collect to Put to Death the Sin Embedded in Us

Breath of God, who abides within us yet in whom we live and move and have our being, help us to put to death those habits and practiced embedded in our body that are only for our own self-gratification, that we might be alive to your invitations within our deep hearts that lead to life and joy with you, our creator, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you and the Father in heaven.
