Lord of Heaven and Earth, who rules all things from your exalted throne, we praise you for your generosity in calling us friends. Let us never spurn the love and intimacy that you offer, that that friendship would be naught but joy to you and of great honor to us, through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who reigns with you and the Holy Spirit in heaven forever and ever.
