Merciful One, who takes pity on us who rejected you, we thank you for understanding our broken and sinful hearts and for choosing not to condemn, but to offer redemption. We ask that our hearts not grow cold in familiarity, but remain grateful always for your generosity and compassion, through Jesus Christ, your beloved son, who with you and the Holy Spirit reign in glory forever.
