Gracious Father, who promised your presence and strength to us, grant us energy to continue on, that we would be able to carry on the work you have set before us, to do good in the world and to one another with mercy, humility, and justice, through Christ our Lord, who lives forever with you and the Holy Spirit in perfect unity, world without end.
