Holy God, whose ways are sometimes hidden and mysterious, grant us peace in those times when we are not allowed to see or recognize you, that we might not fall into despair or fear, but would still be secure in your good plan and loving nature, through your Son, Jesus Christ, who is near us through the Holy Spirit even when we cannot see.
