A Collect for Going Out to Meet the Lord

Lord Jesus Christ, who by being lifted up draws all humanity to you, may we be among those who respond to your voice and your appearing, going out from our homes and comforts to meet you and those you have sent as your messengers, that our lives would be given over to your call to us, through you who reigns with the Father and Holy Spirit.
