A Collect for Anxiety over our Needs

Lord who owns the cattle on all hills, save us from our unnecessary anxiety, and enable
us to trust in your provision and care for us, that we would trust that you know our need and have prepared for us all that we require and be able to give freely and build relationships and community according to your economy of love, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who reigns with you and the Holy Spirit in glory, world without end. Amen. ‘ You received without payment; give without payment. Take no gold, or silver, or copper in your belts, no bag for your journey, or two tunics, or sandals, or a staff; for laborers deserve their food.’ – Matthew 10:8-10
