Almighty God, who humbles the proud and lifts up the meek, keep us from too much concern with winning, believing that it is all that matters. Teach us how to find goodness in low estate, that we would trust in you and not our own plans and desires and find that your grace is sufficient for our needs, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
