God of truth and love, who seeks the good of your people, help us to love one another purely, that we would not fall into flattery or manipulation and seek to use others to benefit ourselves, through Jesus our redeemer, who gave himself for us in love and now abides with you and the Holy Spirit in glory forever and ever.
