Spirit of Christ, who abides with us and in us, help us to continually seek to grow and become more like our beloved master, trusting that as we work, you are joyfully at work within us for the same purpose, through Christ our savior, who reigns in you with the Father in heaven, one holy God, world without end. Amen.
‘Therefore, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed me, not only in my presence but much more now in my absence, work on your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who is at work in you, enabling you both to will and to work for his good pleasure.’ – Phil. 2:12-13
