Christ Jesus, who went before us to show us the way, let us not be disturbed or surprised that others may mock us for our trust in you, for you endured as much, as did the prophets before you, but strengthen us to continue trusting in your ways, through you who now reigns over all things in the presence of the Father and Holy Spirit.
