Holy Father, whose nature is love, let us not be surprised or disturbed by the difficulties we face, knowing that you may not rescue us from all trouble but also walk with us as we go through them, through Christ our brother, who suffered for our sake and now lives forever in joy with you and the Holy Spirit in glory.
