God of all things, who has seen the end from the beginning, grant us patience as we wait for you, that in waiting with trust, we would receive you and your goodness at the right time and with joy and relief at what you shall bring, through Jesus our savior, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.
