Creator God, who was and is and is to come, may we remember with joy those who taught and mentored us in your ways, that we would bless them and rejoice in the faith and hope and love that they received from you and passed on to us, through Jesus your son, who spoke wisdom to Israel and ascended to intercede before your throne in the Holy Spirit in glory.
