Gracious God, who reached down to us when we could not reach far enough to take hold of you, keep us from causing any of your children to stumble, that as we live as ambassadors of your country in this world, none could find fault with your ways or your people, through Jesus Christ our example, who lived always in your presence and in tandem with your Spirit on earth. Amen.
