Lord God Almighty, who knows the hearts of us all, reveal to us those desires to use what is spiritual or righteous merely in order to look good or curry favor with others. Forgive us our divided and selfish hearts, and turn us to you where we may find life, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who reigns with you and the Holy Spirit in perfect glory.
